By accessing and using the services provided by AgentForces.ca ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Nature of Services (AI Disclaimer)
AgentForces.ca utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide information, document assistance, and navigational tools. The Service is for informational purposes only.
- Not Legal Advice: The content generated by our AI, including but not limited to form summaries, eviction timelines, and rule explanations, does not constitute legal advice, creating an attorney-client relationship, or a substitute for professional legal counsel.
- Not Financial Advice: Any calculations regarding rent, arrears, or interest provided by the Service are estimates only and should not be relied upon for financial planning or tax reporting without professional verification.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AgentForces.ca, its owners, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the services;
- Any content obtained from the services; or
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Specifically, AgentForces.ca is not responsible for any rejected forms, lost hearings, fines, or eviction delays resulting from the use of our AI tools. You are solely responsible for verifying all information with the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) or a qualified legal practitioner.
4. Modifications to Service
AgentForces.ca reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that AgentForces.ca shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Privacy Policy
At AgentForces.ca, we take your privacy seriously. We operate under a strict policy of data minimization. We do not collect personal data unless it is absolutely required to provide the specific service you have requested.
1. Information Collection
We act as a data processor. We only process data that you explicitly provide to us via our chat interfaces or forms.
- Voluntary Information: We collect text inputs (e.g., questions about tenancy laws) solely to generate an immediate AI response.
- No Automatic Harvesting: We do not automatically scrape personal identity information from your device or browser history.
2. Zero Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to outside parties.
This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website (such as hosting providers), so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
